Windrose was born from a leadership gap I recognized during my years in corporate America. As I moved up the ranks, I became increasingly aware that having an impressive title doesn't necessarily mean someone knows how to lead, inspire, or develop others.

That realization sparked my passion for professional coaching. I wanted to become the best leader I could be, and along the way, I discovered how powerful it is to help others recognize their strengths, build confidence, and find their own path forward.

I founded Windrose to do just that.
